I want to log in

Go to the login page and enter your email address. Goalthod will take you to your company's workspace, where you enter your password. You do not need to remember your workspace address.

I requested an account — what happens next?

Every request is reviewed by a person. Once it is approved we prepare an isolated workspace for your company and send you an activation link. You choose your own password on that link — nobody at Goalthod sets one for you, and we never send a password by email.

My activation link doesn't work

Activation links expire, and each one can only be used once. If yours has expired or has already been used, contact support and we will issue a new one.

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot password? link on your workspace login page. If you are not sure of your workspace address, start at the login page with your email.

I need to talk to someone

If you already have a workspace, use Help inside Goalthod — it reaches the same people and carries your account context. Otherwise email support@goalthod.com.
